Google production access

Google Play often asks a new personal developer account to run a closed test with at least 12 testers who stay opted in for 14 consecutive days before production access.

This site lets you start a round at 14 currently joined testers. The dashboard shows how many people are joined, and once 12 are joined it shows how many days have passed since the 12th person joined. That note is guidance. It does not block the round.

Testers must stay on the Play Console list with the same Google account they used here.
